DON WRIGHT - Don joined the company in 2005 and is a licensed crop insurance agent in KY & TN. He grew up near Jacksonville, IL area and moved to the Russellville, KY area in 1972 where he has farmed for 33 years. Don retired from farming in 2005. Since the mid 80’s, Don has used crop insurance as part of his risk management program. Don is married to his wife Joyce and has two children John and Jason.

DAVE JANSON, Commodity Broker - Dave and his wife Deb have owned Strategic Farm Marketing since 1996 and have been with the company since 1993. Dave is President of the company and is a licensed commodity broker, crop insurance agent and grain marketing specialist. Strategic Farm Marketing offers a complete program of grain marketing and brokerage services as well as being one of the largest crop insurance agencies in Illinois. Prior to Strategic Farm Marketing, Dave was a senior merchant for Cargill. During his tenure there, he worked at a barge loading facility in Seaford, Delaware; an export and soybean processing plant in Norfolk, VA; a terminal elevator and CBOT delivery warehouse in Toledo, OH; and the Cargill office headquarters in Minnetonka, MN. Dave grew up on a dairy farm in central Minnesota and has an Agricultural Education degree with a minor in Ag Economics from the University of Minnesota. He & his wife Deb live in Champaign, IL and have three children. |

AARON WILSON - Aaron joined the company in 2006 and has assisted with the company computer needs since 2003. Aaron attended Parkland College studying Computer Science. He is a licensed crop insurance agent that focuses mainly on central and southern Illinois. He assists other SFM agents with input of crop insurance data and assists with the training of new agents. He is also involved in the research and development of various crop insurance decision making tools. Aaron resides in Champaign, IL with his wife and three children. |

ELMER JENKINS - Elmer became an agent with the company in 2007, and is a licensed crop insurance agent in Kentucky and Tennessee. He has been employed by Miles Farm Supply for the past 10 years, where he has been in sales and management positions. His experience also includes being active as a crop insurance agent with Miles Farm Supply for the past 9 years. Elmer was employed by Tennessee Farmers Cooperative and Montgomery Farmers Cooperative for a total of 3 years before joining Miles Farm Supply. He grew up on the family farm in Logan County, Kentucky and has always been involved with farming. He earned his B.S. degree in Agricultural Business from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee in 1995. Elmer, his wife Kelly and their 2 children live on a small farm near Russellville, Kentucky. |
