Basic Crop Hail insurance covers:

• Hail
• Field fires (a federal crop policy only covers fire damages caused by lightning) 
• Vandalism
• In-transit (collision or overturn)
• Stored grain (covers multiple years)
• Most companies are now covering grain & silage bags

Many companies offer a “Bundle” that couples basic hail coverage with a group of endorsements. Bundles include Basic Hail Coverage, Wind Coverage (0% or 5% Deductible), Extra Harvest Expense, Greensnap, & a Replant Option.

RAMP is a product offered by Farmers Mutual Hail. RAMP gives the producer the ability to buy an additional band of coverage up to 95%. RAMP is also available on Optional Units. Farmer’s Mutual Hail offers RAMP Revenue that provides revenue and yield protection, RAMP Yield that provides only yield protection, and RAMP Forward Plus that also provides only yield protection. 

Revenue Boost is offered by Crop Risk Services. Revenue Boost allows the producer to increase their Revenue Trigger by 5-10% as the Harvest Price Increases. Harvest price movement is limited to $.50 for Corn and $1.00 for Soybeans. Revenue Boost only provides protection of revenue, not yield.

Revenue Max is offered by Crop Risk Services. Similar to Price Flex, Revenue Max allows the producer to increase their Boost Trigger based on an increased price during one of the 4 pre-determined pricing periods: June 1st-June 15th, June 16th-June 30th, July 1st-July 15th, July 16th-July 30th. Revenue Max only provides protection of yield, not revenue.

Revenue Net is offered by Crop Risk Services and offers protection of revenue, not yield. 

County Advantage is offered by Crop Risk Services and offers protection of revenue, not yield. 

ICE is a product offered by ProAg. ICE offers both yield and price protection. 

AIM is a product offered by ProAg. AIM works very similarly to ECO, but is an individual product as opposed to a county-based product. 

GAP is a product offered by Great American. Great American offers a GAP Revenue Plus Option (that protects revenue) and a GAP Yield Plus Option (that protects yield).

RPowerD is a product offered by NAU, ProAg, Hudson, Great American, and RCIS. RPowerD gives the producer the option to select alternative pricing intervals to increase their guarantee. RPowerD only provides protection of revenue, not yield. 

Price Select is a product offered by AgriSompo. Price Select allows the producer to select multiple pricing windows. Price Select only provides protection of revenue, not yield.

ARCH is a product offered by AgriSompo. ARCH gives the producer the ability to elect up to 95% coverage with Enterprise or Optional Units. ARCH also has an elected Limit of Insurance/Acre. AgriSompo offers an ARCH Revenue policy that protects revenue only and an ARCH Yield policy that protects yield only. 

Price Flex is a product offered by both Great American and Hudson. Price Flex gives the producer the ability to choose alternative price discovery periods in order to capture a higher guarantee. There are many options to choose several different intervals and pricing windows throughout the year. Price Flex only provides protection of revenue, not yield. 

BAND is a product offered by AgriSompo that allows the producer to elect an additional band of coverage on top of their MPCI policy. AgriSompo offers the ability to protect both Revenue and Yield loss. 

RPP is a product offered by RCIS. RPP offers protection against both Revenue and Yield loss. 

Base Price Modifier/PM+ is a product offered by NAU that only offers protection of yield loss. 

EasyRev is a product offered by NAU that only offers protection of revenue. 

Variable Interval Product is offered by Hudson Insurance. This product offers only protection against revenue loss. 

Total Revenue Coverage is offered by Hudson Insurance. This product offers only protection against revenue loss. 

Revenue Price Option is offered by Rain & Hail. This product offers only protection against revenue loss. 

Revenue Plus is offered by Rain & Hail. This product offers only protection against revenue loss. 

Yield Plus is offered by Rain & Hail. This product offers only protection against yield loss.
